The console comes equipped with 8 workouts; QuickStart, Calorie, Time, Distance, and interval training programs plus memory to save up to 35 workouts. Readouts include: Time, Distance, Splits (in interval mode), Pulse & Drive (Heart Rate), Calories, Stroke Rate, Distance Cycle and Watts and is compatible with included wireless heart rate strap.
