Corr-Paint CP3015-AL is a one part, aluminum-ceramic filled coating. Provides corrosion protection of cst iron and carbon steel structures found in refractory lined rotary furnaces and automotive and industrial exhaust systems to 1200°F (649°C).Corr-Paint CP3015-AL is a coating system that is supplied in a ready to use viscosity of 250-900 cP with a solids content of 36.8% by weight and 19.3% by volume. It is applied easily using conventional spray equipment and cures in 2 hours at 200°F plus 1 hour at 500°F. The coverage rate is 309 ft2/gal at a dry film thickness of 0.001" (1mil). Cleanup of uncured coating is accomplished easily using warm water.Available in standard metallic grey (CP3000 and CP3015-GR) as well as black (CP3015-BL), white (CP3015-WH) and stainless steel (CP3015-SS) formulations.
