For Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least few hours in a freezer bag of your choice. Set aside until it reaches a temperature your skin can tolerate. Adjust around the eyes as required for best fit. Apply for no more than 20 minutes at a time, with 20 minutes intervals between applications.
